The Editors


Bevin Valentine Jalbert

Raised in eastern North Carolina, Bevin Valentine Jalbert is a lifelong southerner. She received a BA in art history from Hollins University in Roanoke, VA and an MFA in photography from Savanah College of Art and Design. With her arts-focused background, she acts as art director for Paprika Southern’s styled shoots and provides editorial direction to the magazine.  She lives in Savannah with her husband, Josh, and lizard-obsessed calicos, Zooey and Scout.


Siobhan Egan

Siobhan Egan is a photographer based in Savannah, GA specializing in lifestyle and editorial photography. She has a knack for making people comfortable in front of the camera and loves to explore new places. Born and raised in Yonkers, NY Siobhan moved south to attend Savannah College of Art and Design where she received her MFA in photography. She fell in love with the south and decided to stay put. After teaching photography at The Art Institute of Charleston and Armstrong State University Siobhan decided to pursue her photography and Paprika Southern full-time.
